Return & Exchange Policies

Easy Returns Within 10 Days

We take pride in customer satisfaction at Atheria Jewelry and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 10 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds are not available custom orders, resized rings, or items marked final sale.

Returns will be processed within 6-10 weekdays (not including holidays) after they have been received.

Please note that if you create a shipping label through our Returns Center, $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn and unaltered). We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 10 days after the postmarked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. scratches, or missing gemstones), or if it has been modified or altered. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

Please note that it is your responsibility to return the jewelry in a safe manner. Fine jewelry, while durable, is still susceptible to being crushed or damaged. It is recommended that you ship the jewelry back in its original packaging or in a similar manner.

Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage. 

Please send return items with the original order/return slip. If your order/return slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package. 

Please keep tracking information for your return package until the refund amount has been posted to your account. If you choose to ship the item back with a label created outside of our Returns Center, you will not receive an email when we have received your package, so please check your tracking number to check on the location of your return.

We do not honor price adjustments.


Extended Holiday Returns

Orders on in stock items placed December 1st until December 21st are eligible for returns by the following January 1st. Orders placed after this specific period are eligible for the 10 day return policy. Please check the below guidelines to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.


We do not process exchanges. Instead, place a new online order for the item you would like and you are responsible for any shipping cost related to the new order. Follow the return process outlined above for the item you would like to return. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). Returns are subject to quality inspection from Customer Service. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn and unaltered). 


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Promotional Items
  • Custom Orders
  • Resized Items


Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from you accept these terms and conditions.

Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 6-10 business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed. Depending on your credit card, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.

In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at to start the replacement process.

We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.
